This established CPA firm was seeking larger quarters when they discovered this early 20th century structure, most recently used as a nursing care facility. The location, on historic Prospect Avenue in the revitalized Mid-Town Corridor, was attractive enough to encourage new investment in the building. A combination of restoration and new construction gave new life to this building, while maintaining the historic character of the street. Neighboring properties include the Six Chimney Apartments and the Sarah Benedict House, home of Cleveland Restoration Society. This adaptive reuse property stands as another example of the success of preservation in Cleveland.
