This client wanted to stay in Willoughby, Ohio and help with the city revitalization by preserving and restoring their current building while expanding business and their building. After acquiring the adjacent building Doty & Miller was hired to design a healthy, high performance facility that would implement their “Lean” initiatives.

Doty & Miller combined the two buildings by creating a new entry feature, internal courtyard and lunchroom addition. The result is a “state-of-the-art” facility for the design and production of electrostatic precipitators and their related controls and equipment that Neundorfer Inc. is renowned for. The new facility boasts high insulation valves for greater energy savings, the use of recycled and rapidly renewable materials, extensive daylighting and an open floor plan that enhances cooperation and nurtures the learning environment they strive to maintain.
