Originally constructed as a residence around 1804 the building is one of the oldest in Hiram Village. Over the years this structure has served as a boarding house, a library, and a post office. In the mid-1900's Hiram College created this 12 suite Inn from this historic building.

Fetatures include:

- 7,000 square foot addition to 1,600 square foot structure

- Restoration of the original structure

- Addition of suites and conference in a comatible Western Reserve style

- Individually designed suites in varied traditional styles

- Energy efficient individual HVAC systems
