The exsiting Tudor revival style Blossom Estate service compound was built in the earily 1920's and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The two houses were orginally for the househeeper and grounds superintendent for the estate. The service compound will be rehabilitated to the Department of the Interior's standards for historic structures, complete with updated mechanical and electrical systems and leased as a series of unique retail spaces.
