This Cleveland manufacturer of cardboard boxes had outgrown its space and asked Doty & Miller to assess this existing building as a potential new location. After verifying the existing structure could be adapted to the client’s needs, Doty & Miller proceeded to add onto and renovate 80% of the building. A new entry, lobby and decorative stair were added. Second floor office window openings were added in the original solid masonry wall to provide natural light. A new exterior veneer was added along with new loading docks, doors and warehouse and production department lighting.
