The Cleveland Music School Settlement occupies a distinctive brick building in the flourishing University Circle Neighborhood. Growing enrollment in this historic institution and the need for a new recital hall required an addition. The design solution that was proposed is a respectful response to the quality and design of the original architecture. It maintains the character of the building and creates a new main entrance. The project includes a new recital hall, practice rooms, instruction spaces, and new offices.
