1. Metal Studs - All walls are framed with metal studs that contain recycled steel.

2. Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) - made with renewable soft woods and formaldehyde-free resin.

3. Wheat Straw Board - using renewable wheat products and no formaldehyde.

4. Rigid Wall Insulation - manufactured without formaldehyde content.

5. Cellulose Blown-In Insulation - recycled newsprint material that is formaldehyde free is being used in all ceiling areas.

6. Flush Wood Doors - have been diverted from landfills to use as desktops (see construction photos section of our site).

7. Skylight - to provide free natural daylighting at the interior spaces.

8. Linoleum Countertops - manufactured from non-toxic natural materials.

9. Cork Flooring - using sustainable cork material.

10. Carpeting - manutactured from recycled material.

11. Vestibule Mats - using recycled tire material.

12. Bamboo Flooring - using sustainable bamboo material.

13. Wallcovering - using recycled and cork materials.

14. Paint, adhesives, sealants, and caulks - all used have a low VOC formula.

15. Light Wells - Natural light source for spaces below grade.

16. Window Blinds - manufactured from sustainable wood or recycled materials.

17. Plumbing Fixtures - using low flow faucets and low water use toilets.

18. Light Fixtures - indirect general lighting using low energy lamps and daylighting sensors in all fixtures throughout the building.

19. Programmable Thermostats - controls temperature setting to moderate HVAC usage during hours of no occupation in all areas of the building.

20. Electric Hand Dryers - reduce paper product consumption.
