In an effort to create a new outdoor living space, the new garage addition was sited to enclose the rear yard. This historic home, a Cleveland Heights Landmark property, required an addition that is properly proportioned and detailed.

The former garage has been modeled to a cozy family room with a beamed ceiling and a tile faced fireplace. An enclosed walkway with a radiant floor heat system connects the home to a garage with a second floor studio space.
