documents, providing pricing for all FF&E items and coordinating their installation.

involves evaluating existing historic or old buildings. Figuring out what
is the best way to renovate these projects to allow them to continue to
be part of the urban or community fabric and preserve them for future generations.

- These services involve
enhanced finish, lighting and interior architecture design for the interior
environment of our buildings.
Interior Space Planning:
- These services in
coordination with CADD based drawings and facilities assessment drawings
allow for various options of how to arrange interior office equipment or
tenant space planning for development office buildings.
Project Programming
and Budgeting:
- As an enhancement
to our clients needs we provide initial programming to develop the specific
functions of the buildings and their physical space requirements including
square footage, lighting, HVAC, FF & E, or other interior environment aspects.
In addition to this we provide preliminary and detailed cost opinions to
assist in budgeting or phasing projects.
Site Planning and
Feasibility Studies:
- These services involve
comparison analysis of different sites for a similar building project to
determine which site is the most appropriate or cost effective for purchase.
We also assist in providing architectural information to establish feasibility
of whether or not a project should be built at this time or in this specific
area. The feasibility studies involve planning, zoning, building code, cost
budgeting and constructability issues.
Sustainable Design:
- These services involve
the evaluation and application of the US Green Building Council LEED building
certification characteristics. The design of healthy high performance buildings
are both cost effective and material and resource efficient.
